Curiosity
I am planning a journey to Albuquerque New Mexico. I have never been, however I am set on living there for awhile. I figure 2 years and then off to Savannah Law! I have learned a lot already about the area. There are things out West all of us should see at least one time before departing planet Earth. Tonight, after writing this, I will look for a good free Spanish language website, or maybe buy an inexpensive program. I am really excited about this adventure. This will involve a lot of prep. I need to map a route at some point. Overnight in New Orleans is a MUST. So, I will be taking the Southern route to NM. I want to remember it when I am old!
The first thing I want to do after settling in is visit the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs. It is about 5 hrs. from ABQ. Will do an overnight in a cheap hotel and tour the rock formations early the next day. This is number one on my list, and this is why!
I have 2 classes coming up in about a month. Should have my degree sometime next year. So, things are going to get super busy for me. But, this move is going to happen. I am compelled to go to NM. I am drawn to the places there. Above all, this is a spiritual journey for me. Something of the ancient songs of the Anasazi haunting across the desert. I am moving there because I am being spiritually drawn to this place. I guess you will know when I know why I feel this determination and drive. Should be interesting. I do plan on talking with some American Indians concerning their powerful connection to the Earth. I would like to understand this. Which brings me to number 2 on my list. Monument Valley. I cannot wait to take the 2 hour drive through Monument Valley! Such a strange planet!
